Justin Ibe founded Creek Valley Properties in 2020 to help address the workforce housing crisis. What began with helping families buy and sell manufactured homes has grown into land development: acquiring raw land, planning communities, and delivering quality factory-built homes.

For Justin, creating opportunity is personal.
As a first-generation American, Justin watched his immigrant parents work to buy the family home, and saw what homeownership meant for them. He is a graduate of Midwestern State University.
Through his church community, coaching football, and relationships built over the years, Pontiac has become a second home.
That commitment shows in how the Pontiac project came together: a seven-month follow-up with the City of Pontiac and community leaders to encourage them to embrace off-site-built homes.
