About Creek Valley Properties

Justin Ibe is the founder behind  Creek Valley Properties, a brokerage company specializing in site-built homes, established in 2020 to help address the workforce housing crisis. Even as a kid, Justin recognized the importance of homeownership as he watched his immigrant parents work diligently to acquire their family home and subsequently the benefits of homeownership. As a broker, he realized he wanted to do more to help families access the American dream of homeownership. 

As a graduate of Midwestern State University and a first-generation American, Justin works each day to uplift. He is committed to providing sustainable, high-quality housing options for everyday Americans and their families. As a broker and developer, he has the privilege of helping families achieve the dream of buying and selling manufactured homes in communities and on land, offering tailored services that make homeownership more accessible.

Justin’s expertise in building relationships with city officials and leadership is exemplified through conscious efforts, such as a seven-month follow-up strategy with the city of Pontiac, MI and community leaders just to encourage them to embrace the option of off-site-built homes. His ability to be intentional and dedicated in his experience has been crucial when aligning development projects with community needs. His passion for community building allows the Creek Valley team to create thoughtful, vibrant communities with meaningful and affordable housing solutions.
